The Leawood Shopping District has two new tenants moving in soon. The shopping district around 119th Street and Nall Avenue has approved the final plans for two new shops to move in, according to the Kansas City Business Journal. Tallulahbelle’s and Flirt Boutique have found new homes in the shopping district.
Two new boutiques come to Leawood Shopping District.
Tallulahbelle’s leased about 900 square feet to sell their handcrafted jewelry. They will be the first retail outlet in Building G at 5255 W. 116th Place. The other tenant of the building is currently an insurance agency.
Flirt Boutique will make its new home down the street at the corner of 119th Street and Roe Avenue, the same location that once held Mitzy London’s upscale boutique. The new boutique will specialize in women’s apparel.
